The VTCT Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Aesthetic Therapies for Skin Rejuvenation is a nationally recognised qualification designed for beauty and aesthetic professionals who wish to expand their treatment portfolio and progress towards higher-level certifications. This advanced therapy qualification is aimed at Level 3 qualified practitioners aged 18 and over, who wish to add skin rejuvenation to their repertoire of treatment offerings

The course equips learners with essential knowledge and skills required to practise safely and effectively as a skin rejuvenation practitioner. It includes comprehensive training in advanced procedures such as skin needling and superficial chemical peels, while building a strong theoretical foundation in dermatological science, consultation, and ethical practice

To achieve this qualification, learners must successfully complete five mandatory units:

• Principles, practices and ethical considerations for advanced aesthetic therapies
• Consultative techniques in advanced aesthetic therapies
• Dermatological science for advanced aesthetic therapies
• Provide skin needling treatments for skin rejuvenation
• Provide superficial chemical peels for skin rejuvenation
